System1 (NYSE:SST) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $30.2 million, down from $78.1 million a year earlier, with GAAP gross profit of $24.3 million and an 80% margin. GAAP net loss was $15.3 million, while Adjusted EBITDA was $1.9 million. According to System1, a signed debt exchange agreement is expected to reduce gross debt by roughly half.Adjusted gross profit was $25.5 million, an 85% margin, reflecting a mix shift toward higher-margin Products. Cash and cash equivalents were $40.5 million and total stockholders’ equity was $(53.0) million. The company launched new agentic AI offerings, including MapQuest and Dogpile MCP servers, the IntentStream audience data platform, and Dogpile Fetch search API, while CouponFollow became the second-largest organic coupon site and Startpage sessions grew 31% and mobile app sessions 63% year-over-year.

Here are the daily Nino 3.4 sea-surface temperature anomalies (1991-2020 baseline), from 1982 to present. The latest data from July 31th shows an anomaly just under 2.5°C. It's already the 4th warmest El Nino on record with 3 months of additional heating ahead.

Definitely bonkers but not yet in uncharted territory. Yesterday's global SST was 0.11°C hotter than the previous record SST for July 29th, set way back in 2023.
