I’m autistic and have special needs. People used to bully me for just being myself. I lost confidence. Some still call me fat or tell me to lose weight. But I am trying. I’m walking. Healing. Losing weight. Finding myself again. This is only the beginning. #NeverGiveUp

I have set a new milestone when I weighed myself I went from being 392 lbs (28 stone) to 294 lbs (21 stone) in just 5 months all that walking has paid off. I am really proud of myself. #NeverGiveUp

I did 15,000 steps today. 6.5 miles. I’m proud of the progress I’m making one step at a time. #NeverGiveUp
