Gisteren flutdag. Vrij genomen van werk zelfs - er ging niks, zelfs thuiswerken niet. 15 uur geslapen. Nòg niet uitgerust en uitgeput wakker. Lief liet me achter met kopje koffie en paracetamol. En hoera, ik geloof dat ik langzaam weer wat energie door m’n lijf voel stromen. #LC #hetkomtinvlagen

1. Ik kreeg steunkousen voorgeschreven. Stevige compressiekousen werkt behoorlijk goed.
2. Liever 6 kleine dan 3 grotere maaltijden. (Spijsvertering vergt bloedtoevoer)
