I don’t know who needs to hear this, but autistic people aren’t “picky eaters”. We’re sensory eaters. What may seem like fussiness is often an intense sensory experience: - Textures that overwhelm - Smells that trigger nausea - Flavours that overload the brain #AutismAwareness #ARFID
