Wet wipes and gentle sponge baths for the stink (use cooler water when you CAN finally shower). Use a fanny pack to hold your JP drains (if you have em). You will be ITCHY. Ask your doc if you can take Benadryl to ease this and help you sleep—it helped me! Trust in your core and leg strength. Be sure to stand and walk around sometimes! [I should have added, if walking is something you do.
