I'm #intersex. Born with 2 DSDs & ambiguous genitalia. I was treated as a girl by my mother for my first three years until doctors intervened and told her that I was a boy. My parents accepted their authority and agreed to have me surgically 'repaired'. I've known doctors like this all my life 🧵

Hungary will ban Pride and erase #transgender and #intersex people. A new law also allows authorities to use facial recognition tools to identify and punish individuals that attend prohibited events. It is time to throw Hungary out of the EU.

Don't forget us #intersex people who were wrongly surgically altered and NEED to change a CRBA document with the State Department also...you keep leaving us behind and in the dirt! We need to be able to correct an incorrect gender on there as well, even if only from m to f or f to m... PLEASE!!!

Intersex Awareness Day Not sure if I’m a boy or girl? Neither were the doctors when I was born, so they took it upon themselves to make a decision for me at an age when I absolutely could not consent to what was done to my body I am 52 & still mad about it PS M/F is a false dichotomy #intersex
