Really disgusting this week that the government and Independent Ireland voted against stopping the game against Israel. We should not be playing against this genocidal apartheid state or the terrorists in the IDF. We should be leading the campaign to isolate them on the world stage. #StopTheGame

Great to see Irish artists taking a principled stand against genocide and the attempt by billionaires to shut up those who oppose it. The groundswell of support underlines the need to #StopTheGame. It's unconscionable that Ireland would play Israel in two weeks time.

Yesterday we marched, demanding the FAI refuse to play against apartheid Israel. We can't accept the Irish flag flying alongside the Israeli one when what we see all the time is the Irish flag alongside the Palestinian flag, because Ireland stands with Palestine, always. #StopTheGame
