#SevereME zu bekommen ist nicht automatisch schicksalhaft. Es ist zu oft Konsequenz eines Medizinsystems, das #MECFS ignoriert, umdeutet, falsch behandelt. Und eines Sozialsystems, das statt Unterstützung zu oft eine zusätzliche Bürde ist.

Today is #severeME day. An illness that is all too common & debilitating yet misunderstood. 25% of ME sufferers are severe. We are housebound or bedbound. Unable to work or study. Trapped in a house or in a single room. Some living in the dark & quiet. This has been my reality for 17 years #pwME
