Trail run day at our local run club. We had a nice short run together with good conversations. After that I met two other runners and run with them 2-3 km‘s.

Good morning. Another brutal long run. Real feel 78 to 80, 100% humidity, sunny. The entire run was a death march. Came back at mile 9 as clothes were drenched and switched out top & shorts. Glad it's over. I'm questioning my life choices ..lol. Happy Friday. Enjoy your workouts #runningpunks
