I’m at Arkansas/16th NW in Washington DC, where a group of federal agents (5-6 cars) are standing around a car with a small child. The parent doesn’t appear to be present. One officer told me “to use the hashtag #rapist when you posted the video.” They seem to be waiting for someone.
