Time to update my pinned post! I’ve lost 110 pounds since starting a GLP-1, but I’ve lost 220 pounds total. The picture in the red dress I was around 365, about 20 years ago! I’m now 147 pounds. From a size 26 to size 6. #weightloss #mounjaro #glp1 #BlackSkyFitness #BlueSkyFitness

- 30 kg 1 év alatt ✅😍🦾😇 Kemó után pár nappal kezdtem a diétát, később edzést, hogy lefogyjak 20 kg-ot fél év alatt. ✅ 2 műtétem jött közbe, majd 3 hónapja MJ segít az utolsó kgokat letenni. Inbody mérés jó lett, normális izomtömegem van, 25-ös BMIvel. 2 havi cucc van még, utána megtartás.🦾 #mounjaro
