Some Stone Age cultures burned their homes and everything inside every 80 years or so, sometimes even entire settlements, only to be rebuilt and destroyed again. What could have driven them to set fire to everything they owned? Maybe disease, or maybe rituals. Which means "ghosts" in anthro nerd
