I’ve lost 110 pounds since starting a GLP-1, but I’ve lost 220 pounds total.
The picture in the red dress I was around 365, about 20 years ago! I’m now 147 pounds. From a size 26 to size 6.

Program said one, went for a triple. SSB work, went heavy since primary squat day wasn’t great. Lots of work at 225lb, the top with two sets is 285lb. Feeling more confident with the squat and how my legs are recovering. #blackskyfitness
