#3GoodThings 1. Home care nurse was telling me how she was amazed I could even speak. I should have been in a coma at a blood sugar of 38. 2. In ER yesterday nurse told me I wasn't crazy that there was definitely something wrong. 3. Stuck up for myself in the ER even though it was hard.

My #3GoodThings for w/e Jan 30th, 2026. 1. Keeping sane by listening to records. Loud. 🎸 2. Positive ongoing discussion about new role(s). 🕑 3. Continually proud of my kids. Everyday they show what amazing adults they're becoming. ❤️

#3goodthings 1. Walk with pals by the sea at White Strand. Splendiferous day. 2. Bread. Added rye flour to mix it up. Tasting at breakfast tomorrow. 3. Knitting. Jumper. Front done, back nearly done.

#3goodthings 1. Apple crumbles on the way. #úlla 2. Gonks on slug patrol. 3. Slowly getting to know the ukulele. A long way from mastery but it's coming a bit easier. Had my first official lesson on Wed, after some YouTube dabbling. Practice, practice, practice. 🎵🎶

I didn't post yesterday's #3GoodThings because 1. I fell asleep early and slept 8 hours again. 2. I spent extra time sitting up listening to music and was just going with it. 3. I do what I want.

#3GoodThings 1. Mom refreshed my buzzcut 2. It was a beautiful day, and I spent most of my time outside listening to birds and did three #TenMinMerlin sessions 3. I took a shower, did not panic, and self-corrected when things got wobbly instead of falling

#3goodthings 1. Irish grown plums, on sale in a health shop. Yummy. 😋😋😋 2. Cat toys out of the wash. I'll have to submerge them in catnip for a few hours before my fusspots will look at them. 🙈🙈🐈🐈 3.Roses from a plant that came in a tiny pot from a pal about 4 years ago. I planted them out.
