Did the dip already happen in July? Buying on July 29th when $NYMO below BB, $SPX below BB, $VIX above BB would have been the dip to be bought. Is the dip in aug to retest the June ATH. I doubt. Jackson Hole is end of month. Labor day to Oct beginning weakness would be the retest of June high.

Aug 10 - If $SPX holds 7725, 7740, 7760 are targets. If >7765, could target 7790, 7809. Bulls needs to hold 7700, else could see a test of previous ATH of 7620. 7800 could see a pullback but SPX is moving up with momentum, so for shorts, it would be preferable to see a failure of 7700 and a LH.

$SPX opened right around 7745, dipped to 7720, then retook 7745 and went up to hit 7760 target.

Aug 7 β $SPX needs to get over 7745, which served as intraday resistance to move back up to 7760, 7790, 7809, 7860. For downside 7700 needs to break for a possible retest of prior ATH at 7620. If 7600 breaks, could be a rotation back down to 7580, 7550, 7515.

The market is winding up for a bigger melt up. We already saw $SPX rip through 7620 all time high and run 170 points. The NASDAQ is next. $QQQ through 748 runs to 800 fast.

We'll eventually see a rotation back into Chip and memory stocks as well. $MU through 930, $SNDK through 1400 will set up for a bigger bounce this year. WAIT for those levels. I'll post my plan and charts on Sunday, HAGW everyone!! π«‘

$SPX gapping right back higher this morning after NFP data. SPX to 7800 possible if we see the market squeeze today. $QQQ up almost 8 points..
QQQ to 726 in play. Calls can work above 7740 for SPX and above 722 for QQQ.

The market has been consolidating the last 2 days since we saw an 11% bounce in the nasdaq and a 5% bounce in $SPX. If $SPX gives up 7700 let it drop, It's possible we see a backtest near 7620.

$QQQ dropped from 728 to 708 since yesterdays highs. If QQQ fails to defend 712 tomorrow it can pull back to 706-708 range again.
