10/ Nasdaq's bending of the rules for $SPCX was, as @keubiko.bsky.social has written, shameful. Ditto FTSE Russell. Index fund investors in $NDX & $RUI have already taken a terrible beating. Let us hope this will stain their reputations for a long time to come.

Aug 10 - If $NDX gets >29750, could go up to 29850 and the big test at 30K. For downside, if 29550 breaks, could be a brief pullback to 29460-485. Under that, 29340 should be decent support. Under 29340, could target 29200, 29100, 29K. Bulls will want to hold 29K or we could see another 800-1K drop.

Aug 7 – $NDX needs to get above today & yday's range high at 29450-475 to move higher to 59550, 29670, 29850, then 30K is the big test. For downside, today’s low at ~29100 needs to break, then 29K. Under 29K, can see a rotation back down to 28450, 28200, 27730.

$NDX still has some work to do if it wants to retest ATH but the key level to watch on this pullback is 29K, which also matches a trendline spot. If sellers can get under that again, could be a rotation back down.

Aug 3 - Next resistance for $NDX at 29K, then trendline resistance at 29200. 1st support is Friday’s high at 28570, then 28450. On a deeper pullback, NDX will want to hold 28200. If that breaks, next support at 28K, and if 28K breaks, could see prices back down to 27840, 27660, 27460, 27200, 27050.

$NDX opened within Friday's trading range. It tested lower at open but ultimately prices pushed higher but still failed to reach 29K. $NDX still trailing and not showing the same strength seen in other indices.
