Madballs Series 2 - Splitting Headage For some reason, I always think this looks like Larry Drake! I am proud of the colors on the lips, but I think the eyes are wonky. my sketch and the #watercolors

More fighting game backgrounds! Cammy's stage (Greece Alpha 3 stage) Kaede's stage (Last Blade) - I like this one! Kinderdijk (Capcom vs SNK 2) - I, uh, am not too fond of this one! But I did research it and that green sky is a legit meteorological phenomenon! lightboxed/traced then #watercolors

Matballs Lock Lips Not my favorite character OR painting but it was a good learning moment. I accidentally made a hard black line in the plate over his eye that I had to figure out how to cover/fix. It worked out better than I was expecting so still a win! hand sketched and then #watercolors

Madballs paintings continued! Here's the sketch and final of Crack Head (later renamed Bash Brain), finals of Oculus Orbus and Screamin Meemie, and then 7 of 8 completed Wave 1s. Just needed to finish Dust Brain at that point. All hand sketched then painted. #watercolors

Madballs painting #2: Skull Face! Again, all hand drawn with two circle templates: the tupperware lid for the head and the cap from a 20 ounce bottle of coke for the red eyes. FANCY ART TOOLS! #watercolors

Scrooge's Money Bin and Audrey II! The Money Bin was a fun one just for trying to draw a foreshortened dollar sign at an odd angle! The Audry II final looks a bit yellow, but that's just because the lighting in the room when where I took the picture! 😅 #watercolors

My first Madballs painting: Horn Head! This one was drawn during boring meetings. The circle shape was the only thing I had help with... I used the lid of a tupperware bowl that I keep in my tub of art supplies. #watercolors
