Training maps start with basic and foundational guest service and client skills such as communication skills, active listening techniques and organizational habits. Later quests cover deeper engagement techniques, probing skills and tension resolution for more advanced guest and client interactions. The Base Training Package is designed to be completed in 2 to 3 days with real time work starting on day one. Job and company specific content, skills and training can be added to the main resources library and integrated within the quest hierarchy.
## Trainee & User Friendly Engagement
WALT interacts with trainees and workers on either smartphone or tablet mobile devices. Using a handheld gives greater access to content and captures more attention from the user, providing an ideal setting for learning and training content delivery. WALT uses a chat thread style display and can take user input through text typing or voice dictation, enabling the trainee to interact with their comfort level. Users can scroll through chats, replay previous videos, revisit past quests and training maps and ask questions directly to WALT through the interface. Large text and user friendly controls make navigating WALT and hospit-AI-lity easy for the new hire or trainee. After completing training content, users can still access WALT to ask questions and receive support during their onboarding period, usually 3 to 7 days. WALT’s interface was designed for interactivity and usability to ensure training content comprehension.
## WALT 3.0 Coming Soon
WALT 2.0 is the current evaluation version available for public testing and WALT 3.0 is currently under development. Upgrades for the next version will include:
