✨ GLITCH TEXT TUTORIAL ✨ Here is how I create the glitch effect that I use for my cyberpunk and tech-themed designs! You can also apply this technique to images and not just text. Let me know if this tutorial helped you! Feel free to tag me in your creations! #vtuberassets #design #tutorial

1) Start off with your title text

2) Duplicate twice, move under the main title layer, then offset and colour green/cyan and pink/red

3) Rasterize and merge all layers together, then make a selection all the way across the text and move it slightly to one direction

4) Do it a few more times!

5) Select a random portion of your text and go to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic
*Note: this is only for Photoshop

6) It should look like this!

7) Do it a few more times in random places throughout the text and with varying rectangle sizes!

And done!
