TKO Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
TKO (NYSE: TKO) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $1.547 billion, up 18% year over year, driven by growth at UFC, WWE and IMG. Net income was $303.9 million versus $273.1 million, and Adjusted EBITDA rose 23% to $649.9 million, with margin improving to 42% from 40%.UFC revenue increased 29% to $535.7 million, WWE 12% to $620.9 million, and IMG 16% to $354.7 million, with IMG Adjusted EBITDA up 171%. Operating cash flow was $374.0 million and free cash flow $349.6 million. TKO ended the quarter with $592.5 million in cash and $4.659 billion of gross debt. The company raised full-year 2026 guidance to $5.775โ$5.825 billion of revenue and $2.275โ$2.305 billion of Adjusted EBITDA, and has returned over $1.3 billion year-to-date to equity holders via share repurchases, dividends and related distributions, with plans for additional buybacks under its existing $3 billion authorization.
