TDS reports second quarter 2026 results
Telephone and Data Systems (NYSE: TDS) reported second quarter 2026 operating revenues from continuing operations of $309.3 million, up from $298.5 million a year earlier. Net income attributable to TDS common shareholders from continuing operations was $260.6 million, or $2.24 per diluted share, versus a loss of $(6.0) million, or $(0.05) per share, in 2025.TDS Telecom added about 66,000 marketable fiber service addresses and 15,100 residential fiber net adds, but service revenue declined 6% as fiber growth and 13% residential fiber revenue growth were offset by divestitures and legacy declines. TDS Telecom cut 2026 revenue guidance to $1.0–$1.025 billion while raising capital expenditure guidance to $625–$675 million and reaffirming Adjusted EBITDA of $310–$330 million.Array grew site rental revenues 95% year over year, completed three wireless spectrum sales totaling about $1.16 billion in proceeds, and paid an $11 per-share special dividend. Array increased 2026 revenue guidance to $205–$215 million and Adjusted EBITDA to $220–$235 million. TDS also submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire Array shares it does not own.
