Happy to share our new collaborative work! 🚨 We analyzed 2250 TCR repertoires to uncover how HLA risk alleles shape immune autoreactivity in T1D. T1D-specific HLA-motifs were also validated in pancreatic lymph nodes (pLN) & spleen. 🧬🧵 #T1D #Immunology #TCR 1/9

Looks like Ghost-Chan seems to be capitalizing on her popular talk show that's on the rise by posing in a suggestive manner for some body pillow covers for an upcoming line of merchandise on her storefront. Well she IS the true talent after all. #GhostPolitics #TheGhostShow #TCR #ABDL

I've got a PSA to the T cell receptor researchers of #immunosky to let you know about a new paper we've just got out: doi.org/10.1016/j.im... This covers how our field is handling the sets of germline #TCR genes used in our research. Maybe not the most glamorous topic, but it’s kind of a big deal…
A screenshot of the old style '10 PM, do you know where your children are?' PSA poster, with the 'children are?' scribbled out and 'TCR germline gene reference comes from?' crudely pasted over the top.

Now in #Science #Immunology: Justin Zhang, Jamie Rossjohn, @pzareie.bsky.social, @niclag.bsky.social, & al. generate LCK-FREE mice expressing mutated form of endogenous LCK that cannot bind to #CD4 or #CD8. These animals show defects in #TCell lineage fidelity & antigen-specific #TCR diversity!
LCK–co-receptor association ensures T cell lineage fidelity and maximizes epitope-specific TCR diversity
