I truly have the best customers! Had to delay packing the orders from the past 2 days because I needed a day off - a day to recharge because pushing myself would only make me even worse. Their responses have been 100% supportive. So beautiful! #PoTS #Pacing #SelfManagement #Community #DisabilitySky
Card with striped border and a stickman hiding under a blanket in bed. Text: My awesome is on strike. Negotiations for its return are in progress.

You may think this a bit extreme but for my self-care and balance I log in my phone calendar what I'm doing and try not to have more than three things a day. Extreme librarianship, perhaps, but it works well for me #SelfManagement #SelfCare #Bipolar

Centre for Army Leadership: Self-management is key for leaders, balancing emotions and resilience under pressure. In the REME, this skill ensures readiness as personnel adapt, take initiative and maintain vital Army equipment without losing focus. 📸 REME #leadership #selfmanagement #BritishArmy

I love these because they help me plan my day - and then reassess it (helped by the colour coding). I often realise that what seemed OK on paper is unrealisitc, so I can adjust it and look after myself better - and share it with my household. From buff.ly/2OwVie2 #Pacing #SelfManagement
A pile of the pacing magnets broken into individual squares - small ones with each hour of the day from 7am to 10pm, larger ones with white space in the middle and coloured borders: Red (challenging), green (easy stuff), Orange (okay stuff), light blue (exercise, relax), purple (food and drink), and dark blue (sleep)
a few of the magnets arranged in order. 07:00 - sleep. 08:00 Red Challenging stuff: shower and get dressed. 09:00 Green easy stuff: watch TV. Purple Food and drink: cup of tea. 11:00 Orange ok stuff: Go on facebook. Blue Exercise: Physio. 12:00 Green easy stuff: colouring. (etc)
