I can see there are now other analyses or views of the legality of Faber paying royalties to Sally Rooney, & possibility of committing s.15 TA2000 offence. My view for what it's worth is that a sensible doctrinal reading of the section does not likely lead to conclusion that Faber risk prosecution.
