Redline shows red line at around 4% in April 2023, then it shoots up to over 10% in June of 2023 an spikes down to 5% in Aug of 2023 with another spike to nearly 10% in Oct 2023.

The redline then is a flat steady red flat line showing 0% of any prerecorded disconnect messages through November 2024. The red line then spikes up to around 4% in Jan2025 and goes down to about 1 % on Feb 2025 and then shoots up to a whopping 30% in March 2025…
