I wanted to give a HEARTY shoutout to the Ratspeak folks for producing a top-notch self-contained Reticulum client for the T-LoRa Pager while I wasn't working. This is going to be super helpful as I'm deploying my own Reticulum infrastructure. (They also have a great Mac desktop app.) #Reticulum

I'm at the point in my Mesh Journey that I've graduated up to building my own nodes. I'm not doing anything special with platforms like the ESP32, but I am on the embedded Linux train with software platforms like openHop. My next lesson to learn will be building enclosures. #MeshCore #Reticulum

Organized a #reticulum workshop at @c-base.org yesterday. It was really eye-opening. We came for the LoRa nodes but got sucked into the rabbit hole that opened up in front of us once we realized what we were looking at. It truly feels like 1990, a new internet with security and privacy built-in.
A radio device, Heltec V4, with 3D-printed case. It is running RNode reticulum firmware, you can tell from the lovely designed screen.

I don't know if I shared this before, but this is a pretty good guide to surfing and publishing on the Reticulum network. Aside from the off-grid aspects of it, the underlying infrastructure (low bitrate, tolerance for high latencies) is quite interesting for the future. #Reticulum #NomadNet
