A reinterpretation of crystalfist from Ben 10 as a hybrid of fourarms and diamondhead's DNA. A purple bulky figure, he has his four arms back to front instead of one above the other, lighter purple crystal armour growing on almost all of him besides his upper face/jaw, biceps and the front of his torso. My take on Yooka, from Playtonic Games' Yooka-Laylee! Along with some uh. Notes. For context, Playtonic laid off a bunch of their staff and the post they wrote to announce it was a bit tone deaf, to say the least. No names are mentioned, I had to find out through a LinkedIn post who and how many employees got laid off and where to find more of their work. Hiring new employees for years and then having to get rid of them is a management failure.

Uh anyway, right, the Yooka design! I gave him bright red fingerless gloves and made his face a bit more angular. Also added the swirly shape from the concept art back on his chest.

Laylee from Yooka-Laylee, slightly redesigned! Note the bits of her ear that are missing, the dark areas around the eyes, the triangular nose and the demon-esque tail.

Also posts from two of the people who are no longer at Playtonic, talking about how only 2 women now remain at the studio and how people got stuck in lower paid junior positions for years. Yikes.

It's my version of Dr. Puzz! Now with a darker skintone, an overall more goth-like appearance and purple eyes.

Also notes on how Playtonic made actual millions of pounds through the kickstarter but never delivered on their last promised stretch goals. I am genuinely baffled about that. And I have no idea where all that money went.
