This morning I dragged myself out of bed at 3:00 to head to the West End Bridge in hopes of capturing the moon over PPG Place and the Christmas tree at the Point in #Pittsburgh. Luckily the clouds stayed away for long enough to allow that to happen. Made for an amazing view.

Merry Christmas everyone. Last night after my family went to bed I headed into #Pittsburgh to capture some serene scenes of the city, including this one from the West End Bridge. It was awesome to see the buildings lit up in festive colors.

This composition had eluded me for nearly a decade, but yesterday I was finally able to capture it. A train rolled through just as the Duquesne Incline was crossing over the tracks in #Pittsburgh, creating a picture perfect winter scene. It was worth the hours and hours I've waited over the years.

Really crazy morning in #Pittsburgh today. The rivers were legitimately mirrors...I can't remember the last time I saw them THIS still. It made for amazing reflections all around the city, from the North Shore to the West End. My first stop had to be that new lighting on the Sister Bridges.

I was out til 1:30 to capture the meteor showers over #Pittsburgh (will share those later) and then got right back up at 5:00 to go and capture the moon setting beside PPG Place. The clouds added the perfect natural filter and made for an incredible scene.
