Back in 2021 I bought my first PC Engine. The first game I tried was R-Type and I loved it. The music on the first level is a banger. I recapped the unit and installed the jailbar fix MLCCs (C120 and C134), you can see the blobby joints on the SMDs of a younger me. 😄

The Mugen Senshi Valis: The Legend of a Fantasm Soldier quadrilogy on the PC Engine has some of the more epic early #nineties console video game music of the era. This is primo magical girl action brawling, maybe only bested by the Sailor Moon games coming out at the time. #pcengine #retrogaming
