It’s #MedalMonday, baybee! Despite the biblical downpours at 15km and right before the finish line, the Copenhagen Half Marathon was a fun one. And, miracle of miracles, somehow my feet are blister-free. #JogDivision #RunningPunks

I have to do a #MedalMonday post here after running my first (and quite possibly only) #runDisney half marathon last weekend. Diagnosed with asthma at 8, couldn’t walk for a year and a half as a teenager, been progressively losing my vision since 2014. Every mile wasn’t magic - but I did it.

I ran my first marathon yesterday. Hardest thing I’ve ever done. Wasn’t fast or pretty, but very happy to have raised more than £600 for MAP. There’s still time to donate if you feel like you can, using the link in my pinned post 🥇 #medalmonday #runningpunks #virtualrunclub

Decided to mix it up a bit today as yesterday's long run felt a bit ploddy. Progressive 1min run 30secs walk. Didn't go crazy as the plan said 4 miles easy 😉 & it's #MedalMonday for me 🏅 #runsky 🏃‍♀️

Medal Monday 🏅 Yesterday I ran my first ever half marathon, and it’s funny cause in February I couldn’t even make it to 5k. My goal was to finish it btw 1:55 and 2:00, but somehow I made it in 1:47 🏃🏽‍♂️💨 So happy to achieve another personal goal this year 💪🏽 #MedalMonday #Runner #SFMarathon
