#Maturity isn't making "excuses" or using " #love" to justify allowing toxic #friends, #family & #relationships to cause pain & damage. There's no valid reason to let a toxic person be the "exception" b/c of how they're related or longevity. Protect your mental health & wellbeing. Don't feel guilty.

That's been a struggle lately, too. I've been in theatre for decades, but I've lost the passion for it. The mentality that populates the industry drives me crazy. But I'm not sure what else I'd do. Walking away isn't as easy when you depend on it to survive. #witchsky #Buddhism #maturity
