Kapa Continental COVI made in USA, two humbucker pickup, electric guitar, solid body, Ocean Turquoise finish, made in 1967. This is a very rare, Kapa Continental CO-VI made circa 1967. It is a Ocean Turquoise, double cutaway, two pickup, hardwood solidbody guitar featuring a whammy tailpiece, a fully adjustable bridge, a string tree, and a white plate guard on which all of the electronics are mounted. In the orginal listing from the 1967 catalogue the guitar's color is called Ocean Turquoise but it is really more of a metal flake green, just like your old 1967 Mustang that is, hopefully, still sitting in your garage. It is this color that makes this Kapa CO-VI rare. This guitar looks great for an instrument approaching sixty years of age. With its nice fast action, this Kapa has a fanstastic feel and sounds superb. It comes with an original, plush lined, hardshell case.Description from VintageSilvertones.com

This is a Kapa Ministrel guitar, made in Maryland circa 1969. It features a solid, tear-drop shaped body, Candy Apple Red finish. It has three pickups, a black plastic pickguard on which all of the electronics and bridge are mounted. There's black control knobs with metallic tops to control the volume and one overall tone control. There's a height adjustable bridge, two metal strap pins, and temolo tailpiece. The whammy/tremolo is a pull-up versus push down action. It is 100% original, in very good condition and rare. Its thin neck and flat fingerboard makes riffing a breeze. With its fast action and dynamic tonal range, this guitar plays and sounds bold and unique. It’s a nicely balanced tear-drop that can actually be played sitting down. This is a mid 1960's "bright metallic red" (translucent red), solid body, Kapa Cobra made circa 1965. Kapa guitars were made from the mid-1960s through 1970 in Hyattsville Maryland, USA. This Kapa Cobra is in 100% original condition! It features a single pickup, one volume control and one tone control. The electric guitar is very light but has a full bodied sound. The tonal quality ranges from growling rocker with the tone all the way up it to a mellow jazzy sound with it down. It has a very cool tremolo system much like the one on a Fender Jazzmaster. It has the usual nicks and wear from 60+ years on planet Earth, but nothing major. The neck is straight with very little fret wear. The electronics function fine. It plays and sounds great. This is a Cobra model guitar, made by Kapa of Hyattsville Maryland in 1965. It features a solid, Strat-style shaped body, a rust/metallic dark red finish, a single pickup, a white plastic pickguard on which all of the electronics are mounted except for the pickup. It has white numbered knobs with metallic labeled tops. There's an adjustable bridge, two metal strap pins, and tremolo tailpiece. This guitar appears to be a very early model or a prototype to test the Corbra line of Kapas. We've seen no others like it. The guitar is 100% original, in good condition and very rare. Kapa Challenger 2 pickup sunburst semihollow body built in Maryland circa 1967. This Kapa CH6 Challenger is a very clean. It is 100% original. The serial number is 23xxx. It features two pickups with one volume and one tone control for each. The Challenger guitars are relatively light but still have a full bodied sound. It plays and sounds great. Kapa guitars guitars were made from the early 1960s through 1970 in Hyattsville Maryland, USA. The Challenger hollow body models are fairly rare.
