massive #ITSecurity Incident happening right now globally, impacting airlines, emergency services, media, public transport etc, MSFT Azure & AWS impacted. Cause seems #crowdstrike, a service to protects against attacks which turned into a vulnerability. Several airports shut down, eg Berlin BER.

ManageMyHealth Hack: A failure of standards — OpenAccess

The ManageMyHealth breach exposes a system-level failure in how Aotearoa governs health IT security — relying on self-attestation, weak procurement controls, and the absence of enforceable standards.
