Ulehl vám člen rodiny a chystate se péči doma vzdát, protože vůbec netušíte, kudy kam? Začněte na netu. Je dostupná Domácí sociální péče - pečovatelky, asistenti. Domácí zdravotní péče - všeobecné sestry Terénní stomická péče a léčba ran - stomasestry a ranhojičky. Dá se to zvládnout. #homecare.

Polymorbidní pacient 84 let: "Dcera začala používat kalorické tabulky. Tak mi to taky počítá. Zkusil jsem jíst salát. Nebylo to zlý... V čem jsou bílkoviny 🤔 Nikdy jsem tohle neřešil, ale týden to zkouším hlídat a je mi líp 😃" Objektivně: menší otoky, glykémie v normě, lepší orientace 🤷🏼‍♀️ #homecare

I spend most of my life working with older adults. Some are tech savvy, most are not. But these "wearables" are useless without trained nurses and physicians coming into home to do comprehensive #Geriatric assessments and #homecare. Which they are cutting by hundreds of billions of dollars
