Such a gorgeous walk in the woods today with friends. Getting back at it, I did 1.5 miles which for all of you is nothing, but for me… that’s really good following heart surgery & adjusting to a new medication. #HeartHealth #Hiking #KeepGoing

I cycled in Germany today. From a town called Hassel to a town called Verden. It was an early Spring day and the farmers fields were freshly plowed. Shoutout to Germany for their excellent cycling paths! I wish we had them here! #cycling #keepmoving #hearthealth #BKool
