My #linocut #tiger for #GlobalTigerDay. Habitat loss is a great threat to these great cats. They are endangered after a century of decline and only about 4,500 remain in the wild. The good news is there are signs of an uptick in numbers globally but the need for habitat preservation is urgent. 🧪🐡🐅

Nepal's tiger population is now over 420 individuals! 🐅 ❤️ Tiger numbers were as low as around 120 individuals in 2010. They have bounced back thanks to strong collaboration between Nepal’s government, partners like WWF, and the communities who live alongside them. 💚 #GlobalTigerDay
