Organic sourdough naan bread. My first attempt was rushed, so I didn’t drizzle oil slowly into the mixer. This added an extra hour as I struggled to incorporate the oil and levain. Nevertheless, it ended up better than I expected. The herb and garlic butter took it up a notch. 🥘🍲
