UPDATE: The line has just reopened between #Faversham and Margate. The first train expected to run through towards Ramsgate will be the 09:40 Victoria to Ramsgate. The first train back from Ramsgate is expected to be the 11:53 Ramsgate to Victoria

UPDATE: The emergency services are on site attending to the person hit by a train between #Faversham and Margate. We are working to arrange alternative transport at the moment, but there are no trains between Faversham and Margate. Disruption is expected until at least 10:30

NEW: We've had a report that a train has hit a person between #Faversham and Margate. The line is currently blocked while emergency teams attend to the incident. More to follow.
