My second son takes his dog to the beach just a few minutes from his home several times each day but the evening walk is his favourite. This was tonight’s free show. No audience other than him and Bella the Cockapoo. He sent me this to share with my friends. #Sunsets #KentSeasideTowns #England #ECK
I’m going to run out of words to describe this scene as I lack the poetic skills. However, my son’s photograph on Margate beach this evening captures the moment when the sun sits on the horizon like a tiny shiny ball just as it disappears after a bright, sometimes rainy and windswept day, turning sky and clouds a range of soft ochre shades. Some light blue sky is still visible while the beach is also washed in the soft sunset colours as the tide rolls gently in.
I think this is fantastic and I hope he carries on taking pictures. He always had an artistic eye growing up but life got in the way and it didn’t get a chance to develop.

Rechtsextreme Gewalttäter hauen gerade in #England ganze Straßen kaputt, zerstören Privateigentum, attackieren Polizei und Presse, angeblich, weil Migranten das tun würden, was sie jetzt gerade wirklich selbst tun.
