In all fairness, #ICE agents shooting a unarmed men who dashed isn't any different from their slaveholder ancestors shooting fleeing slaves. The brown person they shot in #Austin was (allegedly) just as guilty of breaking the law as those black men, women & children. Yep, "criminals" every one.
