My friend's brother received a kidney transplant 12/24. It is likely the best Christmas ever and it comes with the full realization that someone is having the worst. I hope the grieving find comfort knowing their family will be held closely in love. #DonateLife

This Thanksgiving I’m incredibly grateful for both my donors & their families. Spending today on the beach with my kids which was made possible by their gifts of life. I never imagined I could be this healthy or have the ability to chase my kids across the sand. Such a beautiful life 💜 #donatelife

22 years ago my niece had a heart transplant at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles when she was 6 weeks old. That heart is still keeping her alive today. I am so grateful to the donor family. It was the greatest Christmas present I ever received. #DonateLife 💚💙

You guys, today I hiked with a friend who is 18 months post heart transplant. This was her new heart’s first hike. How incredible to witness the moment she became emotionally overwhelmed by both the beauty of Colorado in the Fall & her new physical abilities. I’ll never forget it. 🥹💚 #donatelife
