Somehow the dub of this particular movie showcases both one of the best things about the dub as in their choice of voice actors & the worst of the dub with jokes/using downtown instead

I like this movie better than the last however it’s not without fault  they turned Rika into a damsel in distress & that some of this plot feels like a rehash of the D Reaper plot
