#parkrun no.27 this morning, I ran round with my friend Julie who’s recently finished #CouchTo5k
We did a run-walk and she almost PB’d. 🏃♂️😃

Back in July I committed to doing the #LondonMarathon2025 as part of team #NSPCC So, in a progress update, having not run before, I’ve just completed #CouchTo5K 🏃♂️🤩🎉!!! Still got a bit to go but I’m enjoying it and I’m keen to keep training and building my fitness 1/2

Road running today with my brother and brother-in-law. I was completely out of my comfort zone. From only just managing 5k over the last week or two I succumbed to the peer pressure and hit 10k.

Not like chucking it down storm kinda rain but the nice easy shower type rain.
