Born in 1961 in Perpignan, France, Pascal Jarrion was immersed in the rich Catalan culture of the region. It is a beautiful, historic area that has captivated many artists before him including Picasso, Van Gogh and Maillol.

His formal art training began at Les Beaux Arts de Perpignan, which provided a classical foundation for his future endeavors.

Driven to explore new opportunities, Jarrion relocated to London, where he established a tattoo studio in Camden Town. During this time he distinguished himself by always drawing and working from his own designs, creating a signature style: an arresting mix of Cubist deconstruction, Art Deco elegance and classical form. This innovative approach distinguished him in the field and earned him international recognition.

In 2005, Jarrion moved to Los Angeles to devote more of his time to his primary passions, sculpture and painting. This creative environment, and the artistic freedom it has brought, has inspired him to master a diverse range of mediums, including oil painting, collage, mixed media, and hand-painted ceramic sculptures with patinated finishes as well as bronze sculpture.

Jarrion's prolific and multifaceted output has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions worldwide, including:

In 2024, Jarrion completed an important commission for a large sculpture in bronze for the Hilbert Museum of California Art, at Chapman University in Orange, CA. Since then, the museum has acquired a number of his paintings and sculpture that will be part of their permanent collection.
