As a #FemaleFounder, the question I get asked most is "How did you break the glass ceiling?" but this is a flawed question. Looking to "Break" things is the masculine approach. A feminine approach requires a defter paradigm shift. Instead of breaking grass, open the window. #girlboss #careers

The difference between a good poster and a great poster is learning how to commit to the bit. The courage to #innovate by going all-in on a bit is exactly the same entrepreneurial mindset of #founders. Not all will follow your path, but there are few who are willing to forge new paths. #careers

I went from finishing my PhD, straight to the private sector and have thoroughly enjoyed my job for the last 19 years. There are so many opportunities outside academia, but I agree, non-academic #careers are not really discussed inside of academia. #AcademicSky 🧪
