What’s your favorite under-appreciated camera? Every time I carry it, I am reminded that the zx-m (a hand-me-down from a neighbor) is a delight. Uses all the great Pentax mf lenses. Lightweight. Nice display. Av. Winder. Usually available for ~$20! Better than a k1000. #BelieveInFilm #CameraGear

Ok, this is so cool! It’s not done, but it’s close and everything is working! (Except I made a classic electronics mistake!🤦‍♂️) A remarkable 3d printed camera design: the Identidem MRF. #BelieveInFilm #CameraGear #3DPrinting #DIY #CameraBuild

It’s done! Ready for a test roll to look for light leaks!! (Am going to use the 35 mask and run a very short roll!) Everything is working: batt monitor, both screens, lens calibration, range finding, artificial horizon. It’s amazing. #BelieveInFilm #3dPrinting #CameraGear #DIYCamera

Local “cool stuff” store had this wooden tripod that better matches my restored Seneca 6! Worked much better than my usual modern tripod for a couple attempts at portraits during youth soccer today! #CameraGear #LargeFormat #BelieveInFilm (or paper in this case).

Omg! After many months of patient waiting, my GR1 is back!!! I took a gamble on one of the two places repairing the ribbon cables on these and now my GR1 is fully functional again! Working LCD + working viewfinder display! Woohoo! #BelieveInFilm #CameraGear #RicohGR
