Some skillet baked olive loaf. I used 2 cups of 00 flour, one cup of bread flour, 2 tablespoons of bread conditioner. I bloomed a tablespoon of yeast in 1 cup of coconut milk and used all of it for the dough. 24 hour fridge fermentation with a 15 minute rest before baking. #BreadMaking #bread
