WHY wasn't it in "landing configuration mode"? Expect a finding of "Pilot Error" from the now US led investigation into the crash of the #Jeju #Boeing737. #Boeing's reputation will be "saved" by sacrificing the pilots on the altar of keeping the Boeing megacorporation viable. #auspol #DeadPilots
Jeju Air Boeing 737 Reg No: HL8088 in proper landing configuration. Note: Wheels down, Flaps and slats extended. (THIS is the aircraft that crashed.

🎵 Trains and boats and planes 🎶... Well there are some fishing boats in the background - and they will be planes oneday. #Trains #Boeing737 . Parked up in Seattle on their journey from Wichita, Kansas to Renton, Washington.
A railyard with 14 fuselages of Boeing 737s having arrived from Spirit Aerosystems in Wichita, Kansas. Waiting to be further transported to Renton Washington. Sitting in Balmer Yard, Seattle. Also a BNSF engine or two parked on the left, and other freight wagone over to the left and in the background. The tops of some fishing vessels can also be seen in the far background - and hills off beyond them, of West Seattle. The office block off to the left in the background belongs to Expedia.

BREAKING: Days earlier, A second #Jeju #Boeing737 returned to airport due to LANDING GEAR FAILURE. IF the Boeing software failed to indicate the Gear was not deployed, the pilots likely would continue landing, expecting the wheels were down. By the time they realised, it was too late. #auspol

#Boeing737 cracks… nothing to worry about at all… *seriously long-winded way of saying ‘lead to a CRASH.’
exit doors - on the older planes. The FAA said on Thursday that no such cracks have yet been found in 737 Max craft but that the similar design and build process makes the model susceptible to developing them.
It added that without action it could
"lead to the inability of a principal structural element to sustain limit loads and adversely affect the structural integrity of the airplane"
