Finally have a diagnosis on my back: scoliosis. I’ve had back pain for decades. I made noise & saw specialists, finally learned what it really was. Scoliosis. The plan is physical therapy with a spine PT specialist, of course, cold & hot packs, what my spine doctor said “motion is lotion” #backpain
