Mirror selfie of Sota from aoen. He's wearing a pink long sleeved shirt with white stars on it and the words "lovey dovey" embroidered.

I summarised what Ao-kun said on her stream just now explaining her adjustment disorder diagnosis and hiatus. I translated most of this live, and I only did a few spot checks, so there may be some small inaccuracies. youtube.com/live/tdds71h4q #青原稿中 #AoEN
- Ao-kun says she really got headaches from hayfever, and not so much her adjustment disorder as many people speculated.

- Ao-kun says her usual viewers would already know this, but she was diagnosed with adjustment disorder 5 years ago. At the time, she sought medical help and slowly recovered.

- Her physical condition has been poor and she has been feeling down a lot lately. When she went to see the doctors, they kept saying it was due to stress and exhaustion. This made her suspect her adjustment disorder was back. She got it checked and she was right.

- She thought of not telling management because she was afraid it might make them react strongly. When she did, she asked if she could keep working until after the ReGLOSS live, but management said absolutely not and made her stop work right away.

- She then told staff (not mane-chan) she regretted telling them, which made staff scold her.

- Her mane-chan said she understands Ao-kun's desire to do the live but she can't bear to make Ao-kun more stress. Mane-chan cried, and Ao-kun thought "I can't make princesses cry" (yes she actually said that).
- Mane-chan convinced Ao-kun that there will always be more concerts and events for her to join in the future, so it was better to go on break immediately.

- Ao-kun says she is 100% not quitting.

- Ao-kun says her stress is not even 1/10 of what she went through 5 years ago, although evidently it is still rough on her enough to reach a diagnosis.

- She thinks she might draw and play Animal Crossing and drink tea. She wonders if she might take a vacation somewhere overseas. She also really likes the idea of going to the onsen and says Raden had invited her.

- Her mane-chan decided since this isn't something that you could recover in a month, Ao-kun should take a hiatus without an end date.

- Her mane-chan's tongue got tied when trying to say "end date" and kept saying "ass". Ao-kun had a really hard time trying not to laugh. (Mane-chan was trying to saying おしり"end date", which is pronounced the same as お尻 "butt", which is related to おけつ "ass")
- Ao-kun wasn't sure if her diagnosis should be revealed, because she was worried it would make everyone overly worried. But staff (not her mane-chan) said she really should, and she said ok.

- Ao-kun says the cause of her adjustment disorder relapsing is due to her working too hard. But she says no one forced her to work this hard. She also says while she's been working hard for her fans, it's not because of her fans that she worked too hard.

- She says other ReGLOSS members, her master (Iroha), other Holomems, other GTA Pizzaeria members, and even her irl friends outside of work have been very kind and worried for her after finding out about her diagnosis.

- Other ReGLOSS members also forced her to rest.

- Ao-kun feels sorry for making the other ReGLOSS members adjust to new plans for the concert, and she's also thankful for them. She also wished she could perform as she already worked so hard on it.

- She says when she acts enthusiastic and excited on stream, she is not pretending and is being genuinely enthusiastic and excited.

- Ao-kun will also be on break from Twitter.

- Ao-kun's cover MVs will still be uploaded as there's a lot that are already finished that are just waiting to be uploaded.

- Ao-kun is already done with signing all of her autographed merch, so there's nothing left to sign during her hiatus. She says she did hurry up and finish the ones she had left when she was feeling like she might get made to go on hiatus. But rather than worrying about her, she wants her fans to praise her for finishing it.

- Ao-kun says she is exhausted but she does not hate her work. She also asks people to, in her own words, "Please don't attack these dorky Cover employees."

- Ao-kun says she will miss her fans.

- She kept wanting to continue chatting in this stream, but chat told her to rest soon.
